Today was the official reopening of our heated open air swimming pool. Together with local dignitaries we were given a tour and a briefing on the plans for the redevelopment of the site.
The management have sought to provide activities in addition to swimming so that full use can be made of the site. Today there was an opportunity to try kayaking and outside there are scheduled activities such as Aerobics and Yoga that are available. We also heard that Children’s Birthday Parties can now be booked.
The pool is heated so why wait until the pool is packed before you experience an open air swim?

Congratulations – went today, so happy to have it open again. I hope people support it no matter what the weather. I am doing the British Gas Great London swim so this is perfect for toughening me up for the Thames! Hoping to take my daughter on Monday
